Bildung:

had + Verb im Infinitiv + -ed (!Ausnahme unregelmäßige Verben!)


Beispiele:

I had talked to Karen before we went to the cinema.
You had talked to Karen before you went to the cinema.
He/She(/It) had talked to Karen before they went to the cinema.
We had talked to Karen before we went to the cinema.
You had talked to Karen before you went to the cinema.
They had talked to Karen before they went to the cinema.


Verneinung:

I hadn`t talked to Karen before we went to the cinema.
He hadn`t talked to Karen before they went to the cinema.


Frage:

Had you talked to Karen before you went to the cinema?


Verwendung:

Man verwendet das past perfect um auszudrücken, dass von zwei Handlungen in der Vergangenheit, eine früher stattfindet . Diese steht im past perfect.
